The Estate Villa is located among 20 acres of Vineyard overlooking and on property with one of the most exclusive Wineries in the Temecula Valley.

This 4 bedroom, 3 full bath Estate boasts a large entertainment room including pool table and exercise center. It has a top of the world views fenced swimming pool with Palapa and outdoor barbecue, lounge furniture and outdoor refrigerator.

The view of the valley and vineyard is amazing and peaceful with plenty of room to entertain. The property also includes access to a shuttle service provided by the winery as needed. Located just 2 miles from groceries and CVS or Starbucks, this property is convenient and easy to find for guests, with all roads being paved as well.

Think of the convenience of having your rehearsal dinner or birthday celebration here with us while staying over the weekend. Maximum guest count is 12.
