Welcome to Lynell Ridge! This beautiful spacious single story Vineyard Farmhouse Property gives you calming sense of being away from it all but really just 10 minutes to anything you want! Located on the east tip of Temecula Wine Country.
Close to such Temecula Top Wineries as Akash, Faulkner, LongShadow Ranch, Lorimar, South Coast, Ponte, Wiens and more! Also close to wedding venues such as Peltzer Farms & Villa de Amore, and Lake Oak Meadows this single story over 2700sqft home is very comfortable for family & friends to enjoy together when away on vacation.
The open floor plan accommodates with a Kitchen that allows the cook or cooks to engage still with all of the living areas of the home! With Granite Counter tops, stainless steel appliances and farm sink that over looks the great view of the Lynell Ridge Property. The Large Living Room with 60" TV & large sectional sofa with DVD player is great for a relaxing movie night! Our possibly a big sporting event on TV for all the party to enjoy! We also have a separate great room with another TV and couches for the "kids" to hang out in that can be closed off! 2 of the couches are Full size futon beds that can sleep 2 - 4 additional people.
Dinning Room is right off the kitchen and has seating for 8 plus another 4 that can set at the bar & watch the cook!
All of the 4 bedrooms are located together in a separate wing of the home that is away from the Living Areas making it very private. The Master Bedroom is complete with also a TV & CalKing Bed, this bedroom has a private bath with claw tub and extra large separate shower with subtle. Master Bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens direct to patio.
The Bedroom #2 located next to Master also has a CalKing Bed and sliding glass doors direct to the pool. Bedroom #3 is located next to #2 and also has a CalKing Bed and sliding glass door direct to pool area. Bedroom #4 is at the end of the hall and is our smallest bedroom with a Queen Size bed and no sliding glass door. There is a full bathroom located in the hallway off all the 3 additional bedrooms that have double vanity. We also have additional 3rd bathroom around the corner with large shower and a powder bathroom behind the kitchen. With 4 bathrooms makes the home very comfortable for a party of 8 to 12.
Right off the Living Room, Dining Room, and Great Room we have sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio that has BBQ island. We also have a pingpong & pool table as well as Corn Hole in the garage!
Our Salt Water Pool Pool is located on the side of the home is offers great protection as it is separately gated area. Pool great to swim laps, play or relax! Please note that our pool does not have heating available, there is a solar heater but it we can not guarantee water temp with that. Our home is located on over 2 acreages of land that is all usable so if traveling with kids or you want to set up for volley ball our sprawling land offers so much!!
Our home does only operate as a Vacation Rental and we do not allow any events. We do have a max capacity of 12 people on the property at 1 time. Our home is for relaxing and enjoyment but not for loud parties to respect our neighbors that although we are located on land neighbors still within view.

Really great location, neighborhood, amenities and space for a full family. Only need is housewares (i.e. tupperware), more outdoor & poolside safe housewares. Need to update outdoor plastic furniture, all is cracking or broken (had one snap while in normal use, no injuries thank goodness). Would come back for sure and just be better prepared.

Time at Temecula

We had a lovely stay at this location. It was bigger than we thought and a perfect location for a large group or a smaller group which was us a we had two adults and a small dog. The location was super homey and awesome for our small dog. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely come back especially if we had a larger group. It was super close to the many wineries and groceries that we purchased. We had an absolute wonderful time and would come back again.

Prefect hidden getaway

This home offers just a great sense of calm and peace. Views all around the home of vineyards, citrus groves, horses, mountains, just so much to take in and appreciate this little slice of heaven. Plus the home is great for a group of people, the living areas of the home are so spacious and comfortable. Then with the bedrooms away from the living areas, groups of people can also separate when needed :).

What makes this property unique

Even though you feel as if you are away from it all you are just under 10 minutes from anything you would want. And just under an hour to beach or San Diego! Disneyland is just 1 hour away too! Temecula is just a great central hub for Southern CA but offers such a private home for a fraction of the cost of what the coastal cities of SoCal offer. Plus with our own pool & hot tub to enjoy we knew instantly we had our own little mini resort that we could share with others!
