The perfectly located Villa Doramarie is a newly renovated, spacious, detached holiday home with private swimming pool able to accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Enjoying a great position in the outskirts of Sidari, within walking distance (flat walk) to any kind of amenities yet in a peaceful and quiet setting away from the noise of the town, Villa Doramarie is set to impress. Relax by the pool, taste a delicious charcoal grilled meal, enjoy a leisurely walk up to the sandy beach: you can it have all at Villa Doramarie.



Villa Doramarie has been totally renovated to offer a comfortable, modern holiday experience. Inside the villa is set over one floor and is tastefully decorated. All the furniture and the fittings are brand new, designed to maximize relaxation and simplicity of use for a stress-free vacation.

There is one airy lounge with comfy sofas and smart TV as well as adjoining fully equipped kitchen and dining area, opening straight onto extensive pool-facing terraces. The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, respectively 2 doubles and 2 with twin beds, with fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. All the bedrooms also feature flat screen smart TV. There are 2 shower rooms in the villa.



Outside, Villa Doramarie is surrounded by extensive private (gated) grounds. A newly added private pool (size: 6.6m x 4m ; depth: 0.9m – 1.7m) will be a true oasis to refresh after a day on the beach. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided for relaxing hours under the shining Greek sun. The grounds are also scenically lit at night, for further enjoyment all summer long. For the lovers of good food, a shaded poolside area is available to prepare delicious meal using the barbecue provided and extensive furnished terraces will be the perfect setting for an after dinner drink. Private (gated) parking is also available for the guests.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, baby cot / highchair, maid service twice a week with change of towels. A refundable security deposit for damages (euros 300) is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.



GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 15 per villa per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.

We were 6 adults and 2 kids and we had an amazing time in this lovely house. The outside area was perfect and the rooms were also nice. Perfect with small kids as well. The host was super helpful. We can highly recommend and would love to visit again :)

Lovely place to stay

Lovely place to stay. The outdoor space is amazing, with a nice pool, sun beds but a lot of shady places as well with various places to sit. The villa itself was cool and had the benefit of aircon in all rooms although we only needed it to sleep. All bedrooms are a good size. There are a few restaurants and supermarkets with a 3 min walk, and the walk to centre of Sidari and the beach is a 20 min flat walk,5 min drive. We walked in to town almost every night. We met the owners a couple of times and they were really nice and comms before we arrived was very prompt, with any questions I had answered really quickly. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Beautiful modern villa with everything you need to relax. Supermarkets very close plus restaurants and bars. Beach is only 10 minutes walk. Area is very peaceful to enjoy sitting around the pool during the day. Wifi is very fast and there is a great covered terrace for those who wish to work remotely by the pool. Owners have done a superb job in creating a villa you could happily live in. Small touches like homemade wine and olive oil were nice and the owner was always available for any questions. Perfect for a family as the villa is very securea couple looking to enjoy some peace.

Beautiful villa, perfect location and amazing hosts

Beautiful villa, with lots of space indoor and outdoor. Three supermarkets and a butchers on the same road, and restaurants and bars also nearby. Fifteen minute walk to the beach and town, so it really is a perfect location. The villa itself has everything you need, is clean and modern. Large outdoor space for sunbathing, day beds in the shade and a large covered outdoor area with dining area and barbecue. The owners are the nicest people you will ever meet and could not do enough for us. Pool just needed cleaning more regularly or leave better equipment to clean the pool on a daily basis.

Wir waren 5 Personen und die Villa war perfekt für unsere Woche auf Korfu. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere in der Küche, ist super. Kaffe, Gewürze, Öl usw. waren vorhanden, ebenso Obst zur Begrüßung. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und brachten uns sogar Grillkohle und eine Flasche eigenen Wein. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Die Villa ist angenehm kühl, es gibt aber auch die Möglichkeit zu heizen. Der Aussenbereich ist geräumig. Hervorzuheben ist die überdachte Grillecke und der sichere Parkplatz. Die Villa ist ruhig gelegen, aber in 200 m gibt es Supermärkte, erste Restaurants und auch ein Fitnessstudio. Der Strand ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Villa auf jeden Fall weiter.
