Located within a beautiful residential complex with a communal swimming pool, you will enjoy a privileged location near the Duquesa Marina and with excellent connections to explore Málaga and Cádiz, including Algeciras and Tarifa, less than an hour by car.



The property, of 244 m², has five bedrooms distributed across several floors —accessed via comfortable stairs— where four rooms have double beds and one has a single bed plus an extra bed. Two bedrooms include an en-suite bathroom and the rest share strategically located bathrooms. All bedrooms offer terraces or balconies with sea views, creating a relaxing and bright atmosphere.



Enjoy a spacious covered terrace with outdoor furniture that invites you to create unforgettable family moments. The living-dining room, connected to a fully equipped American kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more), is the ideal place to share home-cooked meals or rest after a day at the beach.



The property also includes air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, heating with heat pump, fireplace, wifi connection, alarm, washing machine, dryer and a private garage in a nearby building. Everything thought out so that your stay is comfortable and worry-free.



Just a few steps away, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches "Playa Ancha" and the rocky beach "Playa Chica", as well as having supermarkets nearby, golf courses, natural parks and attractions such as Selwo Aventura in Estepona.
