It has a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and dining area and a spacious living room with a unique style, Smart TV 50 “and direct access to the beautiful terrace where you can unwind and enjoy a good breakfast while enjoying the good weather of the place. In addition, for greater comfort the building in which it is located has an elevator.

An excellent property in the heart of Santa Cruz. Couldn't not be any more central. There is a small shop on the ground floor with food necessities and a SuperDino a five minute walk away. The plaza can sometimes be noisy but it is always lively. Many restaurant and shopping choices just steps from your door.The apartment was very clean and spacious with good light. The beds and furnishings were very new. There was just two of us in the apartment so the amenities were good, but a family of four would be challenged as there were not enough plates or utensils in the kitchen and not enough towels etc. especially if it was a family with children. The home should be better equipped in this way. 100 euros at Ikea would be well spent :)We would happily stay in this home again.
