Beautiful villa with private pool + panoramic sea views in Ste Maxime. An exclusive location in the gated Domaine de Souvenance in Sainte Maxime.

Upstairs bedroom also has a private balcony with sweeping sea views through the palm fronds.
The Mediterranean garden is fully fenced and has a large (11 x 5.5m), heated swimming pool. The villa has electric gates and parking for 4 cars.

The lovely Elephants beach + restaurant is opposite the entrance to the domain , with Eden Plage restaurant and the famous La Nartelle beach with its many restaurants just a little further on.
Sainte Maxime is 4km away and is our local town. It is also very pretty and has many boutiques, shops and street-side restaurants and bars and beaches. The ferry to St Tropez runs from here, every 20 minutes and is the stress-free way of getting across the bay.
