Great location, enjoyed our stay

This was a great place in a nice quiet neighborhood in close proximity to downtown by car. Easy check-in and communication. Parking on the street not a problem. Would stay here again.

Not happy with the service. After paying being charged for cleaning. I’m being told to pay for another cleaning with no reason for it. It’s a rip off

Our stay in Kimmage was mixed. The location was good, close to a Tesco, gas station & some nice eating spots- do yourself a favor & eat at Ian's Kitchen by Mateo! The directions for checkin were easy to follow, checkout was easy as well. What is not listed is the house has an attached separate apartment with tenants. The tenants were nice and helpful with the heating issues I will get to. But their apartment was right next to one of the bedrooms. There was noise coming from that shared wall late at night making sleeping difficult. We also had an issue with the heat and power the first night. We noticed late in the evening- around 9:30 that the heat wasn't working. Comunication with guest ready service that is supposed to be 24/7 was minimal. Only responding every 3 hours or so and the phone number for them did not work. So no heat the first night, it did get sorted the next day and was fine after that. The other thing that happened the first night was a series of power shortages at midnight. The power clicked on and off multiple times. Did not seem to be affecting neighbors homes. Thought perhaps they were trying to remotely reset things to make the heat work but due to lack of communication, never found out why. It didn't happen again. The beds were also uncomfortable. Felt they were broken down/old. It was clean with a nice kitchen. Perhaps some of the issues were just a fluke. But enough to make me think twice about renting from guest ready service again.

Family Fun Abroad

The location was perfect! We loved Ian’s, Dunnes and how close it was to the bus. The house was very nice and quiet. Loved everything except a few things… 2 bedrooms were ok, but the third bedroom was not as advertised. Instead of a twin it was a bunk bed which an adult had to use and wasn’t very comfortable. Also we couldn’t get the TV to work and we couldn’t find any instructions. Didn’t really matter because we were not there for watching TV, except evenings. There was a constant humming noice all day and night that kept switching on and off throughout the house. It wasn’t too annoying during the day as we were in and out, but at night when you wake up from it you can’t fall back to sleep as it’s something you focus on. But all in all loved our stay.

It's a good place to stay and it's close enough to city center. Checkin process was ok but we had to wait until 3:30pm to get the code. The communication with property manager was excellent and they were very responsive to all of my questions. This house has 2 larger bedrooms and 1 twin loft style bed that has a desk underneath. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
