Three nice bedrooms and two sitting rooms with full kitchen. Very convenient to most Dublin sights and the rapid transit. Host was very helpful and accomodating.
Nice property with lots of space for a family of 5 with 3 young adults. We appreciated the upgraded bathrooms for each guest and the nice amenities and that each person had their own space. The welcome snack basket was also a nice touch! Recommend!

The house was spectacular. The pictures online tell the story. it was super modern, but comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would ever need, plus snacks and even a few beers in the frig. It was clean and had good beds. The location wasn't bad. it was close to the canal. We would definitely stay there again.

It was easy to get access to unit. Everything was as described. The kitchen was beautiful. The bedrooms/baths were great for each of us. We each had our own bed/bath. The only struggles we had were it got really chilly a few nights and we were unable to change the thermostat to put some heat on and used blankets to wrap up in sitting downstairs.
This unit was more gorgeous than the photos demonstrated. Everything we needed and more. Unit was not actually on the cannel waterfront but easy location for transportation. I would suggest adding that master suite was up a full flight of stairs. We hope to stay again when we are back in Dublin.

Great home!
Excellent location, walking distance to several good restaurants and pubs. The house itself is nicely appointed and has all the modern conveniences. Very clean, very comfortable beds. It is only 30 minutes to Dublin airport and John had a welcome basket waiting for us. Communication was excellent and we would definitely stay there again if we go back to Ireland.

Spacious and Good Location
Had a small problem with double booking and we were switched to this unit but it was not all bad. This unit had an awesome view with floor to ceiling windows right on the grand canal. The condo was spacious and beds were comfortable. John the host was easy to deal with and communication was good. Would recommend for larger groups or families

Beds and rooms comfortable! There is an odor coming from the kitchen drawers that was quite unpleasant. Maybe a rodent in the wall somewhere? Instructions on how to use washer/dryer
The house was perfect for my family of six, which consisted of three adult couples. Three separate bedrooms, each with their own bath along with an extra bathroom on the first floor. There was plenty of room on the first floor to get together between the kitchen and the other two rooms.
The house was clean and the owner was super responsive with any questions. We loved the location. We were just minutes away walking to restaurants and a grocery store and just a few minutes further to Trinity College and St. Stephen's Green area. Highly recommend as our experience here was wonderful.

This is a very modern apartment, We were 6 adults sharing this flat laid out on 3 floors. All bedrooms had en suite bathrooms - beds were very conformatble. The kitchen had all the appliances needed to make meals. There are grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. The 4 star rating for locations was simply to reflect that it is a 30 minute walk to the centre of Dublin. The 4 star rating for the listing is a little misleading as the picure does not show the actual building the flat is located in. Overall, I would recommend this place and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Good location, good beds, kitchen well equipped, but the house had not been cleaned for some time, the t.v. did not work, and host was not responsive when needed.
La communication avec John a été très facile. La maison est très belle, bien agencé et il ne manque rien. Un arrêt de bus en face de la maison, qui vous permet de laisser la voiture devant la maison (emplacement faisant partie de la maison et donc gratuit). Toutes les visites de la ville peuvent être faites en bus depuis la maison. Les chambres sont très spacieuse, très belles salle de bain. La cuisine est aussi très grande. Sans oublier le calme la nuit. Donc un très bon logement pour profiter de la ville en toute quiétude. Je recommande sans hésitation.
After such a long time not able to travel, we were lucky enough to visit Dublin for a few weeks this summer. We needed a place that could accommodate a family with enough space to spread out and within walking distance to pubs and the city center. The Grand Canal Townhouse was the perfect answer to all that we needed.
Not only was the location great, the check-in process was seamless, and John was a pleasure to communicate with. He arranged for the home to be cleaned weekly and checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the visit. We could walk to several great pubs, take our laundry to be cleaned just down the street, visit the pharmacy just around the corner, and get groceries from one of several shops nearby.
I hope we can visit as a family again and would definitely stay in this townhouse in the future.
Lovely place, easy to find and access. Would definitely recommend.
