The 6th floor apartment is accessible with an elevator, and accommodates up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms, each fitted with a UK double bed.
It is designed with an open floor plan and the living room features a sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and the entrance to the balcony that offers captivating views of the area.
The adjacent kitchen has is equipped with essential cookware and cutleries
The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary travel-sized toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The hot water in the property is limited and when it is depleted you may need to adjust the system to get more hot water flowing. It's also an old property, so you may notice some wear and tear.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Pelletstown Train Station, is just a 1-minutes walk.
Dublin Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
