No pool, no working AC. The only reason we selected this rental was for the pool that was advertised in the listing. As soon as we got there and found out they actually had no pool we contacted the owner immediately. First the owner denied that the listing contained a pool. After sending them a screenshot, they then responded that they were not responsible for having an accurate listing. Air conditioning did not work at all. It was cooler outside then in the room. Also bright green light at night that you can't turn off.

You are not judging my property truthfully. It's not my fault you didn't check that extra services like the pool are paid for. We incur a lot of maintenance and tax costs, so for pool access you have to pay an extra fee, which is stated on all the platforms. As for the air conditioning, it was perfectly functional; you hadn't set it incorrectly, putting it on fan mode and not air conditioning. As for the green light, it's a small light that we are required to keep by law because it indicates the emergency exit. Your photo incorrectly accentuates the brightness, which in reality isn't the case, but is actually minimal. Furthermore, you falsely claim that the pool did not exist which is actually a lie because the pool does exist.
