Trains, broken washer, dirty
This was a big disappointment. Check in instructions were not provided until requested. WiFi info was not provided until requested. Furniture was not arranged and was dirty. Trains run several times per minute right behind the bedroom windows except for 1-5am. When we tried to run a load of laundry in the washer it was broken and we were left with wet dirty clothes to deal with until our next stop. The property manager sent someone who did nothing except verify it was broken and say it might be a few days. We were scheduled to check out the next morning, so that didn’t help. That night the property manager offered to reimburse for cleaning, but again it is too late for that given the need to leave the next day. Plus that burden should not be on us to find a place and take that time when we were expecting the advertised in unit washer. The balcony that was advertised was covered in scaffolding with people working outside the windows all day. Altogether uncomfortable, and the icing on the cake is that the host canceled the reservation at the very end of the stay attempting to block us from leaving a review or any recourse.
