Paradise in Northern Sardinia

Villa Tellus is the most beautiful place to stay, with views to die for overlooking Pelosa beach. The area is peaceful, the sea is the bluest I have ever seen and the local people so friendly and welcoming. Stintino is a charming village which has not been ruined by mass tourism. Everything about our stay was perfect and we will definitely be returning!

La Pelosa beach stay

Villa Tellus is a beautiful, charming villa in a tranquil location. It enjoys a fabulous swimming pool and the local turquoise waters and sandy beaches are just a short stroll away. The villa boasts numerous terraces with sea views - the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a book with the benefit of shading from the trees and a gentle sea breeze. A special thank you to Graziano (who should be an Italian ambassador) for making our stay so memorable. We would happily return to this special location …

Sehr schönes Haus

Villa Tellus ist ein sehr schönes Haus, auch die Einrichtung modern, nicht so in die Jahre gekommen wie bei anderen Häusern. Alles ist vorhanden, bis hin zu ordentlichen Gläsern für Rot- und Weißwein. Wenn man überhaupt etwas an Optimierungspotenzial finden will, ist das Grundstück nicht vollständig uneinsehbar und wir hatten zwei Tage Probleme mit dem Pool, was aber kein großes Thema war. Wir mieten regelmäßig Häuser in gehobener Kategorie und unsere Ansprüche sind relativ hoch. Hier wird man auch dann sicherlich zufrieden wieder abreisen, ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Betreuung. Unser kleiner Sohn hatte einen (im Ergebnis Gottseidank nicht dramatischen) Unfall und der Vertreter der Eigentümer ist sofort gekommen, um mit den Sanitätern zu dolmetschen und sich um alles zu kümmern. Einen so persönlichen Level von Unterstützung habe ich noch in keinem anderen Haus gesehen. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär und man kann in wenigen Minuten runter laufen zum Meer. Ein wirklich tolles Objekt, was wir absolut empfehlen können. Vielen Dank an Graziano für die perfekte Betreuung!

un vrai plaisir...!

maison très agréable à vivre (pour 2 couples + 2 enfants), très bien située (très belle vue sur la mer turquoise) et bien équipée (belle piscine, avec jets massants, espaces extérieurs bien aménagés,... A souligner, le très haut niveau d'attention, de serviabilité et de gentillesse de Manuela et Graziano (nos hôtes) qui assurent une prestation d'une rare efficience (vraiment très appréciable et apprécié ! bravo à eux !)

Villa Tellus - Stintino

Die Villa Tellus ist ein wunderschönes und sehr gepflegtes Anwesen. Völlig abgeschieden auf einer Anhöhe mit einem fantastischen Ausblick über La Pelosa und seine blaue Lagune. Man geniesste absolute Privatsphäre und Ruhe mit einem grossen Pool, klimatisierten Innenräumen und top ausgestattete Küche.

Simply a great villa

Amazing - we fully enjoyed our stay there. Owner and property manager are very responsive and answered every question immediately. We hope to be back soon.
