This apartment is rented seasonally for medium or short stays, but only in accordance with the LAU regulation as "non-residential use," and tourist rentals are not allowed. Instead, the rental must be for work/personal/family reasons, etc. The tenant must reside outside Madrid and must not make this apartment their permanent residence (it will be their temporary residence), nor register at this address.

Exclusive two-bedroom penthouse with one bathroom and a terrace on Calle Palos de la Frontera. Its unbeatable location ensures that the property is well-connected to the main areas of Madrid and Spain, given its proximity to Atocha, Delicias, and Palos de la Frontera stations.

Upon entering the property, you find the living room, a completely open area equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as a smart TV. The kitchen has an open concept, separated from the rest of the room by an island and equipped with all the necessary utensils to make our stay even more pleasant. The living room opens onto a 40m² terrace featuring sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture, and a sofa area to enjoy pleasant moments all year round.

The first bedroom is located next to the entrance door. It is accessed by two steps and is equipped with two single beds measuring 90x200cm.

The master bedroom, at the end of the corridor from the living room, features a double bed of 180x200cm, a dressing area, and a workspace. It has direct access to the apartment’s bathroom. The bathroom, also accessible from the living room, is equipped with a shower and bathtub.

The area where the apartment is located is a residential part of Madrid, bordering the historic center of the city and well-connected thanks to the proximity of the main metro and train stations.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

The apartment was suited for the 10 day vacation we had. The neighborhood has great restaurants and the metro is close to the apartment and many stores small and large. The food in the area is great.

Wonderful apartment

Very clean and neat apartment, the outside terrace was though pretty curvy underneath the fake Grass. Some parts we’re loose but nothing bothering

We had a very enjoyable stay for two weeks in September 2025. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped with good air conditioning and a large balcony area. It is in a safe and pleasant suburb of Madrid. It is quiet overnight (minimal traffic noise and rowdy people noise) even with open windows. Well located - just three minutes walk from a metro station giving speedy access to the centre, one minute walk from the local market and Mercadona supermarket, five minutes walk from Lidl, a few doors away from a chemist, ten minutes from the local church. Uber works well in Madrid and the central sights are a ten minute cab ride away. There are decent bars, cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. Good wifi in the apartment.The Genteel Home staff are helpful and efficient. The local people are friendly and helpful although they didn't seem to speak much English and (unlike the centre ofl Madrid) the local restaurant menus tend to be in Spanish only - so Google translate is useful.Overall a really lovely place to stay. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Madrid.
