It is also surrounded, without the need for long journeys, by a long list of Museums, Cinemas and Theatres.

The NoMad building has been completely renovated to offer quality apartments in all its materials and extraordinary comfort and above average level. Centralized air conditioning on all floors and magnetic entry keys with control of electrical supplies are just some of the examples that show the effort we put into making your stay perfect.

The apartment is a wonderful, very bright 2-bedroom penthouse with capacity for 6 people.
The apartment also has 1 full bathroom with shower and 2 private terraces, one with access from the living room and the other from the kitchen, which give the apartment spectacular light. In the living room we find a dining table for 6 people and a comfortable sofa-bed with easy opening for 2 people. In the kitchen we have all kinds of electrical appliances that will make your life easier (refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher). In addition, the house has air conditioning in all rooms as well as individual heating. A real luxury in the heart of Madrid!

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called CENTRAL MADRID with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
