Villa Kappa is located 400m from the center and 700m away from the sea. has a wonderful view on the lake of Butrint. Inside the villa you will find a huge garden full of flowers and you'll have the possibility to make a barbeque and enjoy the meal outside in fresh air. We have cars for rent as well so please ask if you need a car, we organize transport for guest, airport pick up, and always with a discount for our guests.
