About this property

Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach [4-min walk to the Beach]!!

Permit RRDP00918-2019 Owner-operated, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom two story condo located within a 5 minute walk to a quiet beach area where locals and nearby homeowners throw down their towels, chairs, and enjoy the sound of the ocean.

Use the provided beach cart to easily load the chairs and boogie boards included with the rental.

After spending time at the beach either collecting shells, fossilized shark’s teeth, or just taking in the peaceful surroundings, you can return to your comfortable and quiet vacation condo for a quick plunge in the pool located just feet from the back porch. If you are a tennis player, your vacation condo is also just a few steps away for a quick game or two.

If you love to cook and feel like cooking on vacation then our well equipped kitchen with new appliances and cookware, Keurig coffee maker, and large expanses of counter space will meet your every need. If you want to head out on the town for lunch or dinner then a couple of my favorite downtown spots are The Green Turtle and The Salty Pelican. We had a great visit in Fernandina Beach at Kathy’s condo. It was a perfect location, very close to the beach and Fort Clinch State Park, and an easy drive into downtown fernandina. The condo was clean and well-appointed, with plenty of room for our family of 4. Kathy was easy to reach when needed and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Could not see water from condo. On arrival the door would not open and had to call owner to find battery charger for door. Beds were not made up. And one mattress in front room had a booster pad but it was not on properly aligned and could not fix without taking bed apart.. fan and TV didn't work in front bedroom and missing light bulb in lamp. Condo was clean and well appointed. Nice except for little issues.

This property has been in our family for some time now. Renovated back in 2017 this is our family beach property that is our slice of paradise that we would like to share with you.

Why they chose this property

There are many local golf courses, great restaurants, and fun, laid-back night life spots located just a short 5 minute drive from our condo.

Fort Clinch State Park on the island is a great place for biking, hiking, shell collecting, fishing, etc. A favorite pastime for locals is collecting the thousands of shark teeth that line our beaches!

What makes this property unique

Very close to the beach with a two block walk and a short drive to downtown Fernandina Beach our condo is in a very quite part of town to kick back and relax. You can walk to dinner at the newly built Salt Life.
