This beautiful and immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has been recently remodeled and upgraded - has everything you and your family will need. In addition to phenomenal views, comfortable amenities, and convenient location, there is a large deck with patio table and chairs with a panoramic view of the ocean! This is a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or enjoy coffee as the sunrises. Take a walk down the private boardwalk to your beach where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful and quietest beaches on the island. At night enjoy moonlight walks on the beach and listen to the waves; a more romantic place just doesn't exist. The property was pretty and well placed. They had a lot of extra towels and beach chairs to use. However, cleanliness was below average. The couches, seating, carpets, and mattresses were all dirty with stains and splotches all over them. They’re all made of cloth too so they retain all of that grime and dirt. The bed sheets had specks of dust, grime, and hair. We had to wash all the bedding before use. The bathroom smelled of mold and mildew. Overall the cleanliness was unsettling.

The decor was adorable. I think the pots and pans need to be updated and the bottom drawer to the oven fell out to the ground when you opened it. The location was prime being right on the beach and you could hear the ocean from your balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

Needs Updating

Kitchen has several broken tiles. Floor and rugs need replacing. Location is great. Great views from balcony. Building is very old. If floor and rugs are replaced it will be a good value.

Pretty much perfect

Everything about the rental was pretty much perfect. Great communication from the owner. Clear check-in instructions. Good location on the island for getting around and right on the water. The ocean is right at the end of the complex's boardwalk over the dunes. The pool is large and clean. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation (including all the beach equipment). The deck isn't huge but 4 people could easily eat at the table there while enjoying a decent view of the ocean. And everything in the apartment was clean. Very clean. Much appreciated in the time of Covid-19. Not the slightest hesitation recommending this rental.

This was our second stay here, but my cousins and I have been staying at Sand Dollar for years. We love the proximity to beach and that it’s uncrowded. The condo is great and Brandy is a great manager.

Great location

Condo was clean and well furnished...plenty of towels, paper products, etc. It is within walking distance of the Surf Restaurant and convenient to other restaurants as well. We could leave our beach chairs in our car and make easy access to the beach. The unit has an elevator which made loading and unloading easy. We had a great 2 weeks!

This property is in the perfect location and directly on the beach. Our entire stay was very pleasant. Our host was very quick to respond and helpful. If we visit the area again, this will be our first choice to stay.

Our stay was fantastic. It was right on the beach, which was so convenient. The condo had its own beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach equipment. It was perfect for myself and 3 teenagers. The condo is as pictured. It was nice having two bathrooms too. I highly recommend for an awesome beach getaway.

Quiet and relaxing trip

This ended up being exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a getaway close to the beach where we could just chill and that's what we got. Check in was smooth, condo was clean, and all of the towels and linens are provided. The condo is a short walk to the beach. The host provided all of the beach gear that we needed as well. The weather didn't always cooperate, but she couldn't control that. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Amelia Island.
