Five star location, but poorly maintained. Forget about quality, this unit did not do the required essentials like being clean, things operable, and linens without holes. The was little to no hot water in the shower, no clothes dryer as advertised, it was unclean overall with stains on linens, disgustingly dirty pillows, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival, and others half eaten food in the refrigerator. The bed was old and mattress needs replacement. Host was communicative but did not resolve the biggest issues of lack of hot water and how to operate the washer/dryer (told me to look up the model on Google and figure it out). I would not recommend this to any first world traveler.

At the same time, we are sorry that some aspects of the apartment did not meet your expectations, please be aware that upon arrival you can always send us the photos of the apartment so that we can valuate the necessity of an extra cleaning if the cleaning company did not perform well, dryer should not be listed among amenities, only washer,hot water issues were an unpredictable problem that we did our best to take care of during your stay.
