With three hotel-standard bedrooms, an open plan living area, and a south facing garden, this is the perfect choice for those looking for a true taste of North Norfolk.

A contemporary kitchen and dining area adjoins the comfortable sitting room. Here you are provided with modern appliances that include a built-in electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and a Moka coffee pot. The stylish dining area comfortably seats 6 guests and the lounge area, complete with a large corner sofa and a Smart television, provides a cosy spot to unwind. From here, you can open up the bifold doors to easily access and enjoy the enclosed garden.
Upstairs, the master bedroom, located at the rear of the property, offers a tranquil night of rest, with the addition of a Juliet balcony that overlooks the surrounding countryside. Furnished with a king-size bed and providing ample storage, the room also features an en suite with a spacious walk-in shower. Bedroom two is a twin room, ideal for children, while bedroom three offers sea views and a comfortable king-size bed. The contemporary family bathroom, adorned with marble tiling, includes a bath with a shower over. There is also a convenient ground floor WC near the living area.
