Holidays in Funchal - Golden City B

With a simple, contemporary décor designed for comfort and well-being, this flat offers all the facilities you need for a great holiday on Madeira Island, whether for work or leisure. The flat features a living room with a sofa bed and air conditioning, a TV with cable channels, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony with an interior view, plus a private bathroom with a shower cubicle. Maximum capacity: three people. The building has a common entrance, is located on Rua 31 de Janeiro (one of Funchal’s main streets), and offers Wi-Fi throughout. The flat is on the 1st floor, with lift access, but no private parking.

AREA
Flat in a building located in the city centre of Funchal. From here you can visit the main points of interest in the capital of Madeira on foot. It is close to restaurants, the Farmers' Market, Funchal Cathedral, public gardens, Baltazar Dias Municipal Theatre, cable car, CR7 Museum, Cruzes Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, Funchal Marina, shopping centres, supermarkets, beaches, bars, and museums. In the city centre, there is plenty of information on all kinds of activities you can do during your holiday: cultural activities, extreme activities, nature activities—whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
