About this property

4 Bed Orange Tree Villa

Our Villa is a beautiful, luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bath, luxury villa situated at Orange Tree, a prestigious development surrounded by orange groves. Disney World is only a 15 minute drive away and all of the best food, shopping and entertainment that Florida has to offer is within easy reach.

Orange Tree is an award winning residential community that has been featured in the Daily Mail and the Mail on Sunday.

Our villa will easily accommodate two families. It will sleep 8 people in it's 4 bedrooms and a further 2 people on a comfortable queen size bed settee in the family room.

We have an English agent on site to meet and greet you on arrival with a welcome pack to help you settle in.

Our beautiful pool is 30' x 15' with a separate spa/jacuzzi. The pool decking has been extended and has a lovely south west facing aspect which catches the sun all day. If you ever need to escape the hot Florida sun however we have a shaded lanai area which is also perfect for outdoor eating.

Nous avons apprécié nos vacances à Orange Tree Maison spacieuse ; par contre il manquait un petit kit de bienvenue (arrivée tardive et rien pour déjeuner le lendemain matin) ; un véhicule est également indispensable car les commerces ne sont pas loin mais pas à proximité non plus Dernier petit bémol au niveau de la literie qui à mon sens devrait être changée

I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay at our villa. If you had asked for a welcome pack our agent would have provided one, but we have found in the past people like to bring their on food. As for supermarket shops most places in USA are a distance and need a car.
