The apartment Verde Mare is a beautiful studio, new and very nice, for two people and is surrounded by the greenery, in a cozy place where the owner’s passion for this island and its countryside are noticeable inside the accommodation. The apartment is set in a context that recalls the ancient dwellings of Elba in a lovely restored property. The area is quiet and peaceful, ideal for lovers of tranquility and nature, in the countryside of Portoferraio but at the same time not so far from the famous Gulf of Biodola (about 5 km). We advise our guests to reach the apartment with their own car.To reach it you need to travel along a narrow, uphill country road, partly unpaved.
Studio apartment for 2 people: The portion available is a nice open space that can accommodate up to two people and consists of a single room with a well equipped kitchenette (with four gas burners, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and coffee pod), Smart TV, a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside, a cozy relaxation area very intimate furnished with table and chairs. The furniture and supplies are new, modern and well organized. The property is equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing holiday: there are air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner and a safe, as well as the exclusive uncovered private parking space nearby the property.
