Description
A delightful 3 en-suite bedroom fully air-conditioned villa with pool in this lush and lovely gated community. This villa sits on the edge of one of the lakes, and has security fencing along the bottom edge for those with children in the group.
The open plan living/dining/kitchen design opens on to a spacious patio which in turn steps out to the pool and deck and lake.
The kitchen features a breakfast bar and the counters are finished in granite. All bedrooms are en-suite with two having walk-in closets and two with built-in closets.
Finishes include gypsum ceilings with recessed lighting, ceiling fans throughout and tempered glass enclosures in the bathrooms.
