Welcome to our cozy and bright retreat! Our living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a TV, a cozy fireplace, and access to Netflix for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the adjoining dining area is perfect for family gatherings or intimate dinners.

The property boasts 3 comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, providing ample space and comfort for couples or solo travellers. The third bedroom features a single bed, perfect for a child or an additional guest.

There are 2 modern bathrooms: one with a convenient shower and the other with a luxurious bathtub and jacuzzi, allowing you to unwind after a day of exploring.

Our property is situated 500m from the famous, beautiful sandy beach of Halikouna, only 3km away from the cosmopolitan village of Agios Mattheos and 4km of the city of Moraitika.

There is a bakery nearby, a mini-market within 1km a cosmopolitan restaurant Rozina tavern 3km and a super-market 4km away, that all deliver to the villa upon arrangement with them.

On the coastline you will find many restaurants, traditional taverns, beach-bars, water sports and activities, small cruises, boat rentals and an intense nightlife. The area also offers many beaches that can satisfy every preference, from organized and cosmopolitan to quitter and more secluded.
