Fantastic if you love spiders!! Otherwise festooned with cobwebs and very dirty

The pictures I think were taken a while ago ...yes this is an old property but it desperately needs a makeover soon. It could be described as "cosy" due to the constantly running Rayburn in the kitchen, but that is accompanied by the slight smell of heating oil as well. There is plaster flaking off the walls and cobwebs and dust everywhere and the sofas in the sitting room have very definitely had their day. The cushions are collapsed and the "rustic" kilim covered large cushions are itchy, falling apart and covered in what looks like ginger dog hairs. If the owner is paying someone to clean the house then they need a refund because it's generally filthy and absolutely alive with those long legged alien looking spiders everywhere ... pretty underwhelmed with the house tbh ... I have lived in houses dating back to the 15th century and they are more difficult to keep clean I understand ... but this is something else ... oh and don't forget to take your own loo rolls as there wasn't a single one provided when we arrived ... I see one of the other cottages in the row is being renovated so maybe this will be nice again someday ... but throw out the sofas, get a new cleaner and sort out that makeover soon ... on the plus side the location is pretty good just outside Four Crosses (Y Ffor) so easy to get around from ...
