A 10min walk to food shop/petrol station with lots of local produce pizzas and family meals Fish and chip shop less than 5 min walk , 15 min to pub/restaurant and cafe. Ty Coch pub on the beach 40 min walk. Nefyn is 1 mile away it even has its own small brewery, tours available. A Indian restaurant and kebab shop.
Because the lane is so NARROW PARKING is on the lower road or car park on Lon Isaf almost opposite lane next to the playground there is always space even in high summer, the cottage is a short stroll up the quiet lane it is possible to drive up to but it is extremely narrow with rocky sides. There is no parking available outside cottage. Please assess width before driving up, it gets wider as you go up and you can drive out at the top end we recommend driving up from the narrow end on Lon Isaf. We have a VW Touran and manage but wider cars may not be able to access. There is unloading only outside the cottage. There is room to stop just past cottage before the neighbours drive. We have a trolley which takes 150 kg to use if you dont want to brave the lane. August breaks weeks sat-sat or other dates short breaks Friday-Monday or Monday-Friday. ask about any other start days. There are 6 towels provided per booking you may want to bring more depending on how many guests staying.

About the host
Hosted by JANICE HUMPHRIES and ROBERT TEMPLE

The cottage is owned by Robert Temple and Janice Humphries, we live in Altrincham Cheshire with our two daughters.. Our long search for a cottage eventually brought us to Morfa Nefyn where we fell in love with the area and the village. The cottage was in a very bad state and we took nearly two years to slowly improve it.
Why they chose this property
We chose this area as we know Caernarfon area well having holidayed many times around there. Also we have friends who have been going to Nefyn for 20 years. It has beautiful beaches and scenery, secluded but in easy reach of amenities. Its a real hidden gem which is increasing in popularity year on year.
What makes this property unique
Minimal passing traffic mainly walkers or cyclists as lane very narrow but this adds to the away from it all feeling. The good sized rear garden is enclosed with lawn decked area BBQ and playhouse for children, recliner chairs in store for relaxing and small patio area at rear the garden gets the sun all day.
There is even a fish and chip shop within a few minutes(top of lane turn right). Easy stroll to beaches, cafes and pubs makes it the ideal holiday destination for families, walkers and golfers alike, also perfect for a romantic getaway. The Log burner makes even winter breaks cozy.
