The Santa Monica Apartment is the perfect refuge for families and groups seeking comfort and proximity to the beach in a bright and welcoming environment in Albufeira.



The living and dining area is spacious and welcoming, with a double bed available in the living room, ideal for shared moments and meals together, and access to the external terrace.



The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with three single beds, providing comfortable accommodation for all guests. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a shower. The apartment is located on the first floor with lift access.



The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for you to prepare your favourite meals with ease.



Outside, the complex offers an adults' pool and a separate children's pool, as well as well-maintained gardens and a barbecue area with outdoor dining table, creating the perfect setting for leisurely family days.



Located near Falésia Beach, Santa Monica Apartment is also close to restaurants, shops and the main attractions in the region, making it the ideal choice for a memorable holiday in the Algarve.



This property is self-catering. For your convenience, welcome baskets with food can be reserved in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to help with car rental. We can also arrange transfers if necessary.



Group deposit: €200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Standard Breakage Deposit €350 / Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).
The property is booked from 4 pm on your arrival day until 10 am on your departure day.

Lovely stay near everything

We really enjoyed our time here and found it to be a great base for our holiday. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, perfect for resting after busy days out. The airport transfer service was also very convenient and well organized.

Great place to relax

Excellent Location and Great Facilities

We had a fantastic stay! Being so close to Falésia Beach was a massive plus, and having supermarkets and shops within walking distance made everything very easy. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook at home, and we made great use of the communal barbecue area in the gardens for our evening meals. The lift access was also very helpful for our luggage.

Wonderful Stay Near the Coast

We had a memorable holiday at Santa Monica. The apartment is very bright and airy, and the beds were very comfortable for everyone. Having the lift made the first-floor access very easy. The pool area is fantastic and never felt too busy. We loved being able to walk down to the coast so easily. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Algarve!

Lovely Gardens and Relaxing Atmosphere

A beautiful property in a well-maintained condominium. The gardens are lovely to walk through, and the whole area felt very secure and peaceful. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen had high-quality appliances. We really appreciated the proximity to the attractions in the region while still having a quiet place to return to at night.

Perfect Family Holiday Base

The Santa Monica apartment was a brilliant choice for our family getaway. The layout worked perfectly for us, especially having the twin bedroom with three beds for the children. We spent most of our afternoons by the pools—it was great to have a separate shallow one for the little ones. The apartment was bright, very clean, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived.

Spacious, Bright and Very Comfortable

This apartment is much larger than we expected. The living and dining area is very spacious, and even with the extra bed in the lounge, we never felt crowded. Having two bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a shower) was very practical for a larger group. The balcony was our favourite spot for a morning coffee before heading down to the pool.
