The house is on a fenced plot of land, with 500 m², with lawn, flowers and saltwater pool. It has sun loungers, covered barbecue and covered terrace with garden furniture. Parking in front of the house.

Its a big property in a quiet area, two minutes away from all the bars and shops. I'll definitely come back here to this exact villa. Owner is friendly and helpful.

Casa em conformidade com as expectativas e muito adequada para 8 pessoas. Moderna, muito bem equipada, muito luminosa com decoração simples e funcional como se quer em modo de férias. Boa localização em zona tranquila com fácil acesso e próximo da praia. O proprietário demonstrou sempre facilidade de contacto e disponibilidade. Se ajusta a lo recogido en anuncio. Cómoda. Amplia. Cerca de la playa a 10' andando y a 5 de restaurantes y supermercados. Por poner un pero, los colchones son muy duros, necesitarían un cambio y las almohadas también deberian renovarse. Muy amable y servicial el dueño. Te limpian la casa a mitad de semana. Recomendable.

Check in and communication with owners was very good… beautiful pool villa and bbq area… walking distance to beautiful beaches, bars supermarkets and restaurants… no car is needed as everything is walking distance … had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful villa… thank you Claudio
