Beautiful apartment in the centre of Puerto Banús
Recently renovated urbanization with access through Andalusian patios with fountains and plants. The apartment is a fourth floor apartment with a lot of light and a window that overlooks Avenida José Banús: Paseo de las Estrellas and a balcony from where you can see the sea. A bedroom that overlooks a courtyard with a two-metre bed and an extra bed and a large wardrobe. New open kitchen with a bar to the living room. A dressing room leads to the newly renovated bathroom and a large bedroom with a double bed, a mirror mural, a balcony and a large wardrobe with two doors and a mirror.
