Location was perfect for walking to most attractions. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Place was clean and had a great grocery store very close by.

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Close to everything. Very walkable. Great spot in Roma.
The location of the house was great. We liked the house very much. It was very close to places to visit. The cleanliness was good. It's a small house. You don't need public transportation at all. I had everything I needed at home. We had a nice Italian coffee :) I will come again. I recommend it to everyone :)
The location and the internet were the only good things about this property.
There were no windows to the outside so no sunlight came into the apartment. The air conditioning worked only in the bedroom. The rest of the apartment was squeltering hot. The laundry did not work. Could not get the stove to turn on. Not to mention that the hot water did not work in the bathroom. And the mosquitoes in the apartment were horrible.
If you are tall or a little bit of a larger person be ware. The door to the bathroom was super short and so narrow. The lintel reached my husband’s shoulder. He is only 6’1” tall. He had to bend down to get in. I had to walk sideways to get into the bathroom.
Tried to connect with the owner and while he responded, the answers were very short and not very helpful.
It would have been good to know in advance that we had to walk up two flights to get to the apartment.
Needless to say I would not be coming back.

I am really surprised by your comment. You say that the air conditioners are not working even though they are working. You asked me two questions. I told you how to lower the temperature of the air conditioner. You thanked me and asked no more questions. Then you asked me how to turn the water on in the washing machine. I told you. You thanked me again and asked no more questions. I answered your questions immediately. I mentioned the small size of the house, the house is 55 metres. The house is 300 years old. It's been renovated inside. We wrote all of these in the descriptions. The only thing we didn't write is the stairs. 16 steps total. I'll add it right now. The way you left the house. We collected parts of the air conditioner remote control from all over the house. There are windows in the house. You probably didn't open it because of the curtain. You did not ask us about this issue. You left the food you ate on the cabinet in the kitchen in the plate, we washed all the dishes and we had to hire a private company to clean the house from the beginning. I read your comment in amazement. We can show you our videos after we receive the house from you.
