Elegant four-room apartment in Turin a stone's throw from Racconigi Metro.



Located on the 4th floor of an elegant Turin building with a lift, this recently renovated apartment offers a unique living experience in the heart of the city. The apartment opens onto a bright living room equipped with two double sofa beds, a dining table, a TV and a balcony. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms with desk, one of which has a balcony, and two modern bathrooms with shower.



The Racconigi metro stop is reachable on foot in 5 minutes, whilst Turin Caselle airport is 18 km away from the accommodation.

The marvellous city of Turin, capital of Piedmont and renowned for its chocolate, offers countless opportunities and experiences. The city is famous for the refinement of its architecture: in fact, one can admire sumptuous Baroque buildings flanking the great Turin squares, such as Piazza Castello and Piazza San Carlo. In the historic centre stands the Mole Antonelliana, one of Italy's symbols, together with the Royal Palace of Turin and Palazzo Madama. Turin offers attractions for every taste, from outdoor activities to gastronomy. For a stroll among the greenery and the scent of flowers it is possible to visit the Turin Botanical Garden, situated on the left bank of the Po river, and the famous Valentino Park close to the historic centre. Today the province is configured as the best Italian centre for chocolate processing, and every year the Cioccolatò event is inaugurated with celebrations, events and tastings.

For a tasting of typical Piedmontese dishes, not to be missed are Ristorante Solferino and Ristorante Consorzio.

While the apartment is well equipped, the management company is a much larger group with not much “local contact” their words not mine. When we checked into the property at 4:45pm it had yet to be cleaned from the previous guests. This mishap was described as an issue with “not much local contact with the cleaning service”. Nothing other than a whoops was communicated to us. Also, and while I understand it is a local requirement the AC was not functional at the time - this should have been noted at time of booking. The apartment itself is large and comfortable; however, not much night life or restaurants in the area would suggest something more in central Turin.
