Das Gelände des Agriturismo ist wunderschön dekoriert und gepflegt. Von unserer Wohnung Olivo blicken Sie auf ein Stück Garten und die Hügel. Diese Wohnung ist nach Südosten ausgerichtet. Es hat ein kleines Vordach, so dass Sie im Schatten sitzen können, oder Sie müssen einen Stuhl unter die Olivenbäume auf das Gras stellen. Keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden und keine Sessel. Wohnzimmer/Küche von der Einrichtung her ungesellig, zum Glück sitzt man die meiste Zeit draußen. 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder top. Matratzen sind etwas durch. 1 Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer. Dieser hatte bei unserer Ankunft am Samstag Wasser verloren, sofort nachgesehen, ob es repariert werden könnte, wurde schließlich am Dienstag am späten Nachmittag repariert. Bei der Ankunft nur ein Einbaukühlschrank mit offenem Gefrierfach aus den 50er Jahren Am selben Tag wurde eine neue Kühl-/Gefrierkombination neben die Arbeitsplatte gestellt. Küchenausstattung minimal, kein Toaster, Wasserkocher, normale Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler. Konnte nicht herausfinden, dass es ein Spa geben würde. Das Restaurant vor Ort ist in Ordnung, schöne Speisekarte, gutes Essen. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und war nicht überfüllt, als wir dort waren. Conad Supermarkt unten im Dorf feines, gutes frisches Schwarz- und Weißbrot. Metzgerei begrenztes Sortiment. Für einen größeren Supermarkt nehmen Sie die Emi in Richtung Autobahn bei Bosco. Keine Waschmaschine auf dem Agriturismo. In Colombella eine ausgezeichnete unbemannte kleine Wäscherei mit 3 großen (1x 26kg) Waschmaschinen und 2 Trocknern. Mit Bargeld kauft man Münzen in dem dort hängenden Münzautomaten. Städte wie Perugia, Assissi, Spello, Deruta und Gubbio sind nicht allzu weit entfernt. Straßenbelag auf den Autobahnen schlecht, voller Schlaglöcher und schlechter Fahrbahnmarkierungen. Besitzer und Antonella sind sehr freundlich, sprechen nur italienisch. Reagiert schnell und angemessen, wenn etwas nicht stimmt. Kurz gesagt, wir hatten schöne 14 Tage hier.

Schöne Lage. Großes Schwimmbad. Freundliche hilfsbereite Leute. Guter Empfang. Bringen Sie nach Möglichkeit nur Ihre eigenen Stühle mit, um draußen zu sitzen. Ansonsten sitzen Sie zwei Wochen lang auf kleinen Küchenstühlen aus Holz. Es gibt keine anständigen Gartenmöbel in den Cottages. Zum Glück am Pool.
