This villa has everything you need for a perfect beach holiday!

Location
It’s located in a quiet area on the beautiful north coast of Vinaros, only a few steps away from the sealine. The nature reserve Sol del Riu is at walking distance, and two cove beaches are in close proximity of the house. The bus also stops near the house which takes you to the city centre of Vinaros. In the summer season the bus stops every half hour.

The villa
The house sleeps 6 in 3 double bedrooms (2 airconditioned and one with ceiling fan) and has two beautifully renovated bathrooms. The interior has been tastefully decorated to make you feel right at home.

The living room has comfortable seating, a dining area and a TV with many international channels, dvd player and Playstation 3.

The patio has a luxury dining table and chairs and can be closed off with glass doors on colder days.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooker, dish washer, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, regular coffee maker and Nespresso machine.
Airconditioning is available in the living room and two of the three bed rooms and provides hot and cold air for summers and winters.

Garden and pool
Casa Flo is surrounded by a large private garden with a separate gated pool area, ideal for families with small children or animals. There are sun beds and a lounge area by the pool and a portable bbq is available.

Parking
Parking is available for one car on the premises, however an extra car can easily be parked in front of the house.

About Vinaros
Vinaròs is located in the beautiful province of Castellòn, between the cities of Valencia and Barcelona. It offers a unique environment with 12 km of coastline and 26 beaches and coves. It has a lively centre with a modern promenade and lots of restaurants and shops but is still free from mass tourism. There’s a weekly market in town on Thursdays. Discover the marvellous natural habitats and wonderful walking trails of great historical, cultural, and botanical interest. Vinaròs is also famous for its Carnaval festival in February and also around Easter there is lots to do.

The airports of Valencia and Barcelona are respectively 1,5 and 2 hours away and are easily reached by train or car. Vinaròs has a train station one can travel from.

Please note:
- No smoking in the house or on the patio;
- Bed linen and towels are not included, renting is possible giving at least three days' notice;
- Water comes from a private well, not drinkable (fine to brush your teeth with or cook with).
- A maximum of two pets are allowed.
