The host was more than available and replied quickly. The apartments were clean and quiet. The kitchen was okay, it could use a few more essentials like dish towels and oven mits. The direct neighborhood is a bit dark and rundown but very quiet. Just one street away are great places to eat. The walk from the metro was quick and easy. There was a little confusion with our check in, but the host met us on site, walked us through everything and made us right at home. The listing says it sleeps 10, there are 3 bedrooms with a double bed and each apartment had a couch that could be converted for 1 tall person and 1 short person to sleep on. We were a group of 7 family and friends and it was a great place to relax after a big day of seeing the sights!
