Mill Cottage Family Memories

I booked this cottage for a trip down memory lane with my 2 brothers and it didn't disappoint. It is a beautifully renovated Fens cottage, typical of the area and very similar to our grandparents' Fenland home where we spent many happy childhood holidays.We all agreed that we would not hesitate to stay at Mill Cottage again.

Nestled in the peaceful village of Whaplode Drove, our home offers a true countryside escape with the convenience of spacious living, private parking for up to four cars, and easy access to nearby market towns and historic landmarks.

Guests love the character of the detached cottage—whether it’s enjoying a morning coffee in the quiet garden, gathering in the open living space, or retreating to one of the cozy bedrooms after a day of exploring.
