The space is laid out as follows:

- RELAXATION AREA with armchairs;

- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, gas oven, microwave, wine glasses, dishwasher, various kitchen utensils, dining table, and access to the TERRACE;

- TERRACE with outdoor armchairs, table, artificial grass, and lounge chairs;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, a fold-out single bed, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, a chest of drawers, access to a small balcony, and an EN SUITE BATHROOM (with a shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet);

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, a fold-out single bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, a chest of drawers, and access to a small balcony;

- BEDROOM III with a double bed, flat-screen TV, chest of drawers, closet, desk, access to the small balcony, and EN SUITE BATHROOM (with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet);

- BEDROOM IV with three single beds, flat-screen TV, desk, and access to the small balcony;

- BATHROOM (OUTSIDE the bedrooms) with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi (fibre), air conditioning with heat pumps (6 split units, in all rooms), washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

A baby cot is available in the apartment.



PLEASE NOTE: Bedroom IV (with three single beds) is connected to Bedroom III, and you must pass through it to access the BATHROOM.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:00 PM and 1:30 AM, if you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff at the apartment, this is possible upon request for an additional fee of:

- EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

- EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM

- EUR 30 from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for an additional fee.



The apartment is located less than a 5-minute walk from Palermo Central Station and is ideally situated for exploring the historic centre and the main points of interest on foot or via public transport.
