Great stay

The property was clean and well equipped. The garden was secure for our dog (just check the back garden gate when windy as one morning it had blown open). Will stay again!

Not enjoyable.

Stayed here over Christmas with our dog. Asked for images of the garden before arrival as a secure garden was an essential aspect - didn’t get any images. Upon arriving at the property the fence was lopsided and wasn’t secure, fence knocked over. Cleanliness was a massive factor, with being ensured it was inspected and clean beforehand - it was not. Mouldy cake behind the couch, not hoovered, drink and mould over walls, oil on floor generally very unclean. Let down - no resolution with staff.

Hi Lauren, Thank you for your feedback, as discussed with you through direct chat days AFTER you left the property, we did not hear a word from you the entire time you stayed with us, you then contacted after days giving feedback but not looking for a refund ? Now you are saying we came to no resolution, i'm not sure what you wanted us to resolve as you did not search for money back and we were unable to send someone back to rectify the small issues as you had already checked out. That being said we take all feedback seriously so we will ensure the small issues you pointed out are taken care of. Thank you for taking time to write to us and Happy new year :)
