Ground-floor apartment with a garden, featuring a spacious, very quiet master bedroom with a window overlooking the garden; a living room with a kitchenette equipped for cooking and serving meals; a large bathroom with a 160-cm shower stall; and a tree-lined, fenced-in garden furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. All rooms are air-conditioned, simply furnished, and cosy. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a microwave. The house is located in the centre of the charming village of Olia Speciosa, a very quiet and green area with very little traffic, close to all amenities. Specifically: a supermarket, bar, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, ATM, and playground are all within walking distance.
Pets are welcome (the yard is fully fenced to the ground, and the gate has no openings).
The house is handed over clean and tidy.
Another apartment is also available for rent.

9 jours à Olia Speciosa

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de la part de nos hôtes. La maison avec le jardin était parfaite Tout est neuf et refait avec goût Supérette et restaurants proches. Magnifiques plages calmes aux alentours. Les sardes sont très chaleureux et patients si comme nous, votre italien reste scolaire. Bref un super séjour que nous ne sommes pas prêts d’oublier.
