The highlight of the property is the indoor pool area, featuring a 20 m² swimming pool with Roman steps, a counter-current system, underwater lighting, and a water slide. A 4–6 person whirlpool, sauna, and dedicated pool-area bathroom complete the wellness zone. At the heart of the home, the open-plan living and dining area includes a cosy wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV with DVD player, and an XL kitchen equipped with a large island with bar stools, two fridges, two dishwashers, two cookers, two ovens, and two coffee machines. For recreation, the activity room features billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, a PlayStation 4, a flat-screen TV, and a bar with its own fridge. Accommodations comprise 8 double bedrooms split across three separate wings with three bathrooms (allowing early sleepers to stay far from the action) and an open sleeping loft above the activity room with 4 box mattresses and a TV, bringing the total to 4 bathrooms across the property. Outdoors, a large open sun terrace and a covered terrace area provide garden furniture and a barbecue, while the private garden includes a sandbox, swing set, and a small slide. A communal playground, shopping, and restaurants are nearby.
