The beach of Marina di Andora is mostly sandy, although there is no shortage of rocks that emerge from the fine sand and offer shelter from the sun to small shrubs typical of the Mediterranean scrub. This beach is particularly suitable for those who love tranquility and wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday, far from the chaos of the city or the incessant noise of the most popular bathing locations. Walking along the coast, it is easy to come across piers, called "pennelli" which extend from the beach to the crystalline sea, offering themselves as perfect observation points for sunsets overlooking the sea.
