Well-situated holiday home just 200 meters from the Limfjord This lovely holiday home is ideally located on a 2500 m² secluded nature plot - just 200 meters from the shores of the Limfjord. Here you get the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation close to nature and water. The house is bright and welcoming and offers direct access from the living room to both an open and a covered terrace. Here you can enjoy the sun and long summer evenings - perhaps with dinner cooked on the house barbecue overlooking the peaceful area. Layout: Two bedrooms with room for the whole family Bathroom with shower and comfortable underfloor heating Well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and coffee machine Living room with cozy furniture, TV and DAB radio Outdoors: Large natural grounds with plenty of shelter and space for play and relaxation Trampoline for free use (use at your own risk) Both open and covered terrace - perfect for your morning coffee or barbecue dinner A bright and well-maintained holiday home in scenic surroundings - ideal for both family vacations and relaxation in peace and quiet close to the Limfjord.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
