I wouldn't stay again.

My favorite part was the quick communication from the property managers. They were always kind and helpful, even when relaying bad news. However, there were several undesirable features about our stay. There were little dead (and some alive) bugs all over the floor, like someone just didn't vacuum well. The freezer was completely frozen over so we could use it unless we wanted to chizzle our way through an ice brick. So our ice packs to keep baby's food cold throughout the day we're useless. We ran out of toilet paper twice and awkwardly had to ask for more. They only gave us one roll at the start of a week long stay for a family of three, come on. The common stairwell smells like smoke and the carpet has never been cleaned. We requested a travel crib and highchair at the time of booking. We were asked to remind them a little before our trip, we did and they confirmed. Neither were present when we got there and the property manager said they weren't able to secure a highchair from their "supplier". Then at the end of the day they showed up with both. We went most of the first day without them which is hard with an infant who had just traveled for 12 hours. The area was meh. Didn't feel as safe as desired and with a fish market a few doors down we were hit in the face with the smell of dead fish everytime we stepped out. But that not really something they can control. Just good to know for others planning to stay.
