On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

Here you can discover a unique blend of attractions, restaurants, and bars nestled among lush gardens, all within easy walking distance from Paddington and Lancaster Gate train stations. Take a stroll through the beautiful Kensington Gardens, home to the iconic Kensington Palace, the Princess Diana Memorial Fountain, the Albert Memorial, and the Italian Gardens. There is the Serpentine Gallery and the Serpentine North Gallery for art and culture enthusiasts, while families can visit the iconic Peter Pan Statue. There are plenty of options for dining and entertainment, such as QUEENS skate dine bowl, Bizzarro, The Pride Of Paddington, and ASK Italian. With so much to explore and experience, Lancaster Gate is the perfect place to be.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train stations are Paddington station and Lancaster Gate, both just a 4-minute walk from the property. Paddington station has access to Bakerloo, Circle, District lines, London Overground, and Heathrow Express. In addition, the area is served by several bus routes, providing easy access to nearby sites of London.

Heathrow Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
