Valenziani Escape is located in a historic building in Rome. Very bright, quiet and equipped with every comfort.

The 80sqm apartment consists of a very nice living room, Smart TV, books, dining area with large table, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bathroom.

Air conditioning, washing machine, independent heating and free internet connections are available for our guests.

For your safety we provide a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, a smoke carbon monoxide detector and a gas sensor.

The apartment is located in a historic building on the 4 floor. There is an elevator. To access the lift there are 4/5 steps.

Area

We are located in the Sallustiano district, just 1 km from Piazza Barberini and 1.4 km from the Trevi Fountain. The apartment is located in a unique area of ​​Rome. The location is perfect in balancing the proximity to all the touristic wonders of the city and the authenticity of an area still inhabited by real Romans. You will find yourself one step away from the beauties of the historic center of Rome but in an original environment, with numerous non-tourist activities, restaurants enjoyed by locals, an ancient fruit, vegetable, fish and meat market still very much alive (Piazza Alessandria), Villa Borghese one of the most beautiful parks in the city and various public transport that connect the neighborhood to the heart of the city in just a few minutes.

Upon arrival, each guest over the age of 10 must pay 6 euros per night for the City Tax (only for the first 10 nights in case of long stays).

We loved to stay at this place! Everything was smooth and the location was very convenient since it was close to Rome Termini and Villa Borghese, plus very well connected with buses and subway. The beds were very comfortable and a huge plus for me (as a curly woman) is that they have a hair dryer with diffuser! A big tip: Al Forno della Soffitta is a restaurant nearby which will blow your mind! The Cacio e Pepe pizza was AMAZING.

The location was great. Close to transportation and if you enjoy walking, you are 20-30 walking distance to most major attractions. The apartment was very clean and roomy. It can accommodate a family. It has great restaurants only 1-2 blocks away. Host Martha was great in communicating ahead of time as she had to meet us there. They only thing is that they do not take card for the tourist tax. That was a minor inconvenience for us, only because it was our last few day in Europe and we had to exchange more money. I would highly recommend this apartment. We loved staying there.

We only ended up staying the one night but it’s a nice apartment. Much smaller than it looks in the photos. Clean and in a good location. Really bad water pressure in the shower.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement. Nous le recommandons. Ils n’est pas situé en plein cœur de la ville mais dans un quartier vivant, plein de petits resto sympa et de jolies rues. Les arrêts de bus sont juste à quelques mètres et nous mènent en plein cœur de Rome en quelques minutes. Tout etait parfait !

Eine schöne Wohnung in toller Lage: 30 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, aber auch gute Busanbindung. Die Villa Borghese nebenan, ebenso nette Bars, eine Markthalle und ein kleiner Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke.
