The apartment is located in the second floor of an ancient palace of 1885, and offers a large bedroom, a living room with comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a completely equipped kitchen. The house has been completely refurbished in December 2014 and offers all comfort. Free WIFI Internet connection is provided, as well as air condition, hair dryer, 2 televisions, a microwave oven, a fridge, a kettle and many utensils more. In the kitchen you will find basic aliments (sugar, salt, oil, drinking water), in order to enjoy your meals in total freedom.

Great Apartment Close to Termini

The host team was terrific, they met me at the train station and spared me the 15 minute walk with my luggage. They were very helpful with site seeing and provibed water and snackes inroom and common area. My room was very large and the bed was great. Goog water pressure in the snower. And wayer was. Hot! Great stay! I would come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Several grocery stores are nearby (Conad on lower floor in Termini) as well as restaurants/laundry etc. Paola was a wonderful hostess.

Nice quiet location in the heart of Roma

The apartment is within 3 block of Termini Station with a lot of excellent restaurants in a very short walk. Walking to any of the main Roman sites are within 35 minutes.

Quiet apartment in busy spot

Very convenient next to Termini Station in Rome. My wife and my stayed here for 3 days and had a very pleasant experience with the stay overall. Paola was super helpful and made check in and check out very easy. We were allowed to keep our bags after check out until our train to Naples.

Perfect stay in Rome

So close to everything we could need. Less than 10 minutes to the main train station and the metro. Easy walk to Trevi fountain and a Spanish steps. Continued our walk to Pantheon. 2 metro stops to the colosseum. Great restaurants within minutes. And really good restaurants. Perfect stay.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Paola put together a small welcome pack, which was nice. The apartment is very smart and in a quiet area but very convenient for restaurants, supermarkets and transport links. The historic centre of Rome is only a 30 minute walk away.

we absolutely enjoyed our stay in rome! the property was about a two minute walk from the train station which was very convenient for us. the space was clean and quiet. close to everything we wanted to see. we took the electric scooters scattered around the city for transport and it was so much fun! check in was quick and place was easy to find. highly recommend.

Just perfect

Paola was great with communication and directions. The apartment was close to the Termini so easy upon arrival from the airport via Leonardo Express and easy departure on Tranitalia and of course is the hub for both Metro and bus. Comfortable bed. Updated with modern feel to it but still with old world charm. Nice touches on arrival. Tons of restaurants, cantinas, and shopping at the Termini. Thanks Paola.

Perfect for Couples Getaway...Great Location

My wife and I just spent 10 days in this flat and wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay here again. Paola and Simone were fantastic and very helpful providing guidance and suggestions as this was our first visit to Italy. The flat is only a 5-minute walk to the Termini terminal so access to public transportation is a breeze.There are lots of options for delicious food and drink very near the flat, and since the Termini terminal is a major hub, there are plenty of options for food, grocery, shopping, etc.The neighborhood always felt safe and we met great people while there. The flat itself was perfect for us as a couple. Very clean and had everything we needed as a vacation rental. Both Paola and Simone were super responsive to our questions throughout the entire trip. If we had to point out anything for improvement, I would say we were only provided 1 roll of toilet paper (no extras)...but, seriously, that's SUPER nit-picky. Overall, this flat was perfect for our 10-day trip and we really have nothing negative to say about the flat or the renter. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and are hoping to stay here again!

Just WOW!!!

Franchement bien situé à quelques pas de la gare, genre 600 mètres! Très propre. Grande chambre Avec la 2 e chambre utilise comme salon. Tout se fait à pieds, même allé au Vatican qui est au plus loin (1 heure de marche). Nous sommes des marcheur et avons tout fait à pied.

Oase der Ruhe, einen Steinwurf von Termini

Die Kommunikation mit Paoletta war von Beginn an gut. Freundlicher Empfang, kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, (Kaffee, Sekt, Knabberzeug), schnelle Abhilfe als die Kaffeemaschine streikt. Eine kompetente Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Betten bequem, die Lage zum Hinterhof ideal ruhig und kühl. In der Umgebung gibt es viele einfache Restaurants und Frühstücksgelegenheiten, die preiswerter sind als im Rest von Rom. Von Vorteil ist die Lage in der Nähe zu Termini, weil fast alle Busse und die Metro zum Termini-Bahnhof fahren. So kommt man wieder zurück (ohne umsteigen) Beim nächsten Mal würde ich wieder diese Wohnung mieten.
