About this property

Comfortable one bedroom on the second floor overlooking the pool from the front door and the ocean from the balcony. Flat ceilings, Pergo flooring and lots of closet space. We have cable TV in both the bedroom and living room and Wi-Fi. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Private balcony with a limited ocean view. There are also two beach bikes and chairs for your use.
Brand new Serta King mattress set. We have this mattress set in many of our other units and get rave reviews!

This villa is located at the back of the building but with quick access to the beach and pool. The bathroom has been updated and the bedroom has a light airy design, perfect for a beach vacation.

Seaside is an oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach area. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and entertainment.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Great solo vacay

This condo was perfect for me! Steps away from the beach and short walk or bike ride to the Tiki Hut Bar and Coligny Plaza. I enjoyed riding the bike to explore the area and the pool was very quiet and clean. This was my first solo trip and I felt safe my entire stay. Met lots of locals at the Tiki Hut and enjoyed some live music. Perfect weather and perfect stay! Can't wait to visit again 😎
