Summary:

Enjoy staying in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement with this lovely 2-bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor of a secure residential building (without an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies.



The Space:

The apartment is a well-proportioned space set around a quiet interior courtyard. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed with a superior quality mattress, and the living room has a sofa-bed. Both rooms face the courtyard, keeping the apartment peaceful. The bathroom features a shower and toilet and is accessible via the kitchen and dining area. The living area comes with a flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove and oven, along with a drip coffee machine. A clothes washer is available for your convenience. The apartment is heated electrically throughout; please note there is no air conditioning.

Good to know before you book



Check-in is from 3:00 PM via self check-in, simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00 and 9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM to 12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We're flexible when we can be, just give us a heads-up!



Check-out is by 10:00 AM.



A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required for all bookings, collected in accordance with platform's policies. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



The apartment is non-smoking throughout. The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Occasionally, management may need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We'll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.



A few practical notes: Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. The building has no lift, and the apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs only. Photos are as accurate as possible and minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Please reach out before booking if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.



Please note for reservations valued over €1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

The Neighborhood:

The 2nd arrondissement neighbourhood around Les Halles and the Sentier district has been one of the most exciting parts of Paris to watch evolve over the past decade. What was once a wholesale textile and garment district has transformed into a hub of independent coffee shops, natural wine bars, Japanese restaurants, vintage boutiques and creative studios, all coexisting with the long-established fabric merchants and haberdashers who give the area its distinctive character. The Rue Montorgueil market street, one of the best in Paris for fresh produce, pastries and people-watching, is just a few minutes' walk away.



The Centre Pompidou and the Marais are within easy walking distance to the east, and the gardens and Forum of Les Halles are just to the west. The covered passages of the 2nd arrondissement, including the beautiful Galerie Vivienne and the Passage des Panoramas, are close by for a rainy-day wander. The Métro at Réaumur-Sébastopol and Étienne Marcel puts the whole city within easy reach.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
