Very nice place!

A lovely spacious place with a nice terrace and multiple balconies! Comfortably fit 3 of us all in separate rooms. I do wish they had WiFi and some wine glasses

Excellent!

The flat is very spacious, bigger than we were expecting, and comfortable. The private outside area is definitely a plus. The flat is clean and feels like a home from home. It is in a great location. Just 10 minutes from the train station, and very close to all the parts of Naples that you'll want to visit. The owner is quick to respond to any questions and friendly, good and easy communication. We had a great holiday and if we go back to Naples, we'll be sure to book here again.

Negative - Slow response from host on arrival, took 3 messages. Place could have been cleaner. It looked like the place was being worked on with unpainted areas of the walls. Hallway leading up to the apartment was sketchy with trash and graffiti all over the walls. The garden area was not clean. No heat- no response from host when we inquired about the heat. Positive- The apartment was spacious and well furnished. although it looked like some tv's had been removed.

Great location with easy access to nearby Metro stations and great restaurants within easy walking distance! The only thing I didn't care for was the air conditioning. The unit has a small portable air conditioner that has to be vented to the outside. To do that, the vent tube is pushed out the balcony door, but that means the door has to be open. It does provide some cooling, but not a lot. Honestly, we were there in September and didn't really need air conditioning except for one day when we were at the unit in the middle of the day. At night, open windows and fans kept us very comfortable. Overall, this is a great unit because of it's location and we enjoyed staying here. I would certainly stay here again!

Clean and functional apartment

The apartment is wonderful. Thank you for everything. The only remark is that there was no Wi-Fi. Not that this prevented us from having a pleasant stay, but we still expected there to be a Wi-Fi connection and there was a little bitterness left, as we asked and received no answer. But I emphasize again, this is a small quibble. Everything else is great - location, room layout, large terrace, everything.

No air conditioning

Hosts are communicative and amicable, and let us check in early. However take note there is no air conditioning present in the property. We arrived in July in 30 degree heat, and it was hotter inside the property than outside, we had to leave and book elsewhere.Upon arrival when we could not find any air conditioning, when messaging the hosts we were infomed it was broken and a repair person would arrive at some point in the week to fix it. We were provided with 2 fans to cool the entire property, one of which was not working. The hosts claim mobile air conditioning units are standard however this was only offered to us as a temporary solution to this missing air conditioning being fixed. If this truly was broken then prior communication was needed, however again we saw no signs of air conditioning permanent or mobile so keep this in mind when booking.

The problem is that you haven't even responded to my messages and I keep saying that there is air conditioning!!!! IT EXISTS!!! It was undergoing maintenance for CLEANING!!! BACK ACTIVE AT 4:00 PM!!! THE AD WRITES PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONING! In Naples it's 40 degrees and luckily our apartment is working and full. If we hadn't had air conditioning, people wouldn't have booked!!!!

L' appartement est très bien situé et la rue est calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est spacieux avec une belle terrasse. C'est dommage qu'il y ait plusieurs petites choses qui ne fonctionnent pas comme la douche, la cafetière qui s'est cassée dès le début, pas de torchons ni de maniques à la cuisine pas de pelle de serpillière de bassine ou de seau ni d'aspirateur pour faire le ménage, et il manque aussi une poêle et des couverts....Sinon c'est un appartement très beau et la terrasse est géniale dommage que la piscine ne soit pas utilisable. Sonia, l'hôte, a été disponible ès que nous en avons au besoin.

Sehr große, für uns perfekt gelegene Wohnung in typisch neapolitanischer Nachbarschaft.Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar.Die durch uns verursachte Terminverschiebung führte bei der Anreise zu Verwirrung was aber gelöst wurde. Beim nächsten Neapel-Aufenthalt werden wir wieder buchen.

La casa è grande, ben arredata con un terrazzino arredato.Le scale interne del condominio sono molto trascurate, non rispecchiano assolutamente l'appartamento.Ottima la posizione, vicino al centro ed ai mezzi pubblici.
