Neighborhood experience

Since the taxi dropped us 6 blocks from the flat it was a challenge to find. It was comfortable but a few things to beware of. Lots of steps to third floor unit. Lighting is poor in stairway and hallway. The twin beds are accessed by a ladder so need to be physically capable. The other bedroom stairs have no handrail and the steps have tiles that move underfoot. It was fine overall but would probably search for something else if I were to stay again.

Loft di lusso a Napoli

La casa si trova in una posizione molto comoda per visitare Napoli, anche se in cima a una salita. A due passi da Spaccanapoli, ma molto silenziosa. Molto pulita e ben arredata. Peccato per la doccia che avrebbe bisogno di una revisione. Una annotazione: la scala che porta alla zona con due letti singoli è molto ripida e davvero poco sicura, così come il fatto che manchi un vero parapetto, soprattutto per i bambini.

be ready to walk, it’s worthing the effort ! the flat is awesome, spacious and comfortable, as well as pretty. the location is very nice, near a subway station, in a nice and lively area. the staff members were really nice and quick to answer ! don’t hesitate !

Great time in excellent loft

We had a really perfect stay at the loft of Francesco. The neighborhood of the appartment is so lively and in the heart of where Italian life is at its full intensity. Only 5 minutes walk from waterline, metroline and citylife. The hospitality of Franceso and Gaetanog was really nice, we felt very welcome and well served. Thanks a lot!

THE place to stay in Napoli

This place is fantastic to stay in. The loft is very cosy and nice and the location is perfect, right between the Spanish quarter and the historic centre. Francesco is a wonderful and very responsive host who provides many insights and tips through a book on Napoli he has made specially for guests.

Très beau loft, bien entretenu - Il manque cependant du matériel pour faire de la cuisine -

Loft luxueux et confortable, hôte très réactif et donnant de très bonnes adresses. A l'entrée de l'immeuble, de grandes poubelles, et il faut monter quatre étages à pieds pour accéder à l'appartement. Le quartier espagnol où est situé l'appartement est très populaire, la rue pour y accéder très pentue. Il y a un grand décalage entre le luxe du loft et le quartier très populaire et typique de Naples avec des rues sales et des poubelles à gogo

Joli loft dans un quartier populaire à souhait sur les hauteurs

Bel espace intérieur, très agréable pièce à vivre. La douche mérite rénovation. La literie des enfants est moins confortable que les autres couchages. À noter que toutes les pièces sont ouvertes les unes sur les autres.

loft de luxe au coeur du patrimoine mondial de l'unesco

Voyage en famille . Appartement très adapté pour 5 . Trés bien situé dans le vieux centre de Naples mais avec une bonne grimpette pour y accéder . Seul bémol , l'eau chaude pour la douche qui est capricieuse et le lave vaisselle dans un état déplorable ( moisit ) ce qui ne s'accorde pas du tout avec le reste du Loft qui correspond très bien à la photo et qui est plutôt raffiné . Peu d'informations données sur Naples à l'arrivée par la personne qui nous accueillit , c'est dommage .

Tolle Lage mittendrin!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles hat gepasst! Die Lage ist genial, man ist in nur wenigen Schritten mitten auf der sehr belebten Via Toledo. Da die Wohnung in den Innenhof geht ist sie sehr ruhig! Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen!

un magnifique appartement, bien placé, confortable

l'appartement est très centré, vers des rues commerçantes, en plein centre de Naples. Nous avons été aimablement accueillis. Tout est très propre, moderne, pratique. Seul bémol : la rue monte fort sur les derniers mètres et il faut de bons mollets, mais ça se fait assez bien et on est récompensée au vue de la qualité du logement

Conforme à l'annonce

Nous avons passé un peu plus de 8 jours dans le Loft de Francesco qui vit à Barcelone. Son neveu qui vous accueille est très à l'écoute de vos demandes et soucieux que votre séjour se passe pour le mieux. Malgré un problème de machine à laver cassée dès notre arrivée, les efforts vain de son neveu qui s'est plié en 4 pour tenter de trouver une solution, la promesse non tenue de remboursement de quelques euros pour le linge que nous n'avons pu laver et si on oublie qu'il manque de ci de là des bricoles pour que le séjour soit absolument parfait, nous avons passé des moments inoubliables dans cette ville chaleureuse et fascinante. Le loft est très propre et les tableaux au murs sont à la vente. Merci à Francesco et à sa famille qui sont à l'écoute aussi rapidement et avec tant de gentillesse. Détail technique : lors de votre arrivée, les taxis ont tendance à vous laisser assez loin de la porte d'entrée car la rue est étroite et difficilement accessible. Exigez d'être déposés devant la porte.

Neapel pur!

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt in der großzügigen Wohnung in unserem lieblingsviertel in Neapel! Das spanische viertel mit seinen liebenswürdigen Bewohnern und dem herrlichen Markt!
