Ivan Opas Wohnung am See offers a comfortable accommodation for 4 guests, providing a cozy open space living area with well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with mountain view and ensuite bathroom with modern shower, sink, bidet and wc, another double bedroom with smart working area, modern full bathroom with wc, bidet, shower, a washing machine and hairdryer. All the bedrooms have mosquito nets.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, smart tv with Disney + and Amazon Prime included and wi fi .

Additional features are the private garden with lake view and covered porch ideal for dining al fresco in the long Italian summer evenings in the natural wood table and bench.

The private garden as well as a further communal sun deck & lake view swimming pool gives you plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sunny position of the home & glorious lake views.

Sun beds and sun umbrellas available at the pool (always open from 8 am to 9 pm).

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We were warmly welcomed and received helpful tips about the area. The apartment looks great and is fully equipped with everything you need. The complex is partly used for rentals and partly privately owned. The rules were strictly enforced, which was not ideal, especially for the children due to the restrictions at the pool.
